Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of World Airways, Inc., a publicly traded airline listed on NASDAQ, from March 1997 to May 1999. He is a past director of Pan American World Airways, Inc. (NYSE), Pacific Southwest Airlines Co. (NASDAQ) and Eastern Airlines (NYSE). His career has also included the positions of Executive Vice-President of British Aerospace Corp. and Chairman, President and CEO of Pan American World Airways, Inc., as well as positions with McDonnell Douglas and Lockheed Aircraft Corporation.

Campbell, Donald W.

Donald W. Campbell is the past Chairman of the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada. He has recently retired from CAE Inc., where he was Group President, Military Simulation and Training. Mr. Campbell joined CAE after a distinguished career with Canada’s Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He served most recently as Deputy Foreign minister and as the Prime Minister’s Personal Representative for G-8 Summits. Mr. Campbell has also served as Deputy Minister for International Trade and as Canada’s Ambassador to Japan and to Korea.

Duval, Sylvain

Sylvain Duval began his career at Pratt & Whitney Canada, where he started as a Buyer. Over the following 11 years, he progressed to be a supervisor, a purchasing manager and then manager of a sheet metal manufacturing line. He then went to work for Saturn Solutions, a software and computer supply chain management company, where he rose from Vice President, North American Operations, to become President & COO. At Mega Brands, Sylvain rose to be the Executive Vice President, Global Operations, with responsibility for managing 4,400 employees and 2.5 million sq. ft. of manufacturing facilities in Montreal, New Jersey, Tennessee and China; outsourced manufacturing facilities in Hong Kong and China; and distribution centres in seven countries around the world. Sylvain holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Fortin, Mathieu

Mr. Fortin has served as director on the boards of Americam and Nurun (Informission Group) as well as his prior experience on the board of ExelTech from early 2003 until August 2007. He was a founder and Senior Vice President, Technology at Nurun from 1985 through 2000. Mr. Fortin has a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Sherbrooke.

Vice-Chairman of PrivatAir of Geneva, Switzerland since December 2001. Chief Executive Officer of Ogden Flight Services from May 1999 to December 2001. Founder of Flight Services Group, a provider of corporate aircraft management and executive charter services, until May 1999 when it was purchased by PrivatAir. His 35 year career in the aviation and aerospace industry includes officer positions with Canadian Challenger, a Division of General Dynamics, and Cessna Aircraft Company.

Wohnsigl, Robin

Robin Wohnsigl has recently retired as President and COO of Airbus North America Customer Services with responsibility for logistics support, training and customer engineering for airlines throughout North America. Prior to this, Mr. Wohnsigl served as an internal consultant with Virgin USA (now Virgin America), President and CEO of ACTS, Senior Vice President, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain for Air Canada and Senior Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering at US Airways.

Beginning his career in the US Air Force, Mr. Wohnsigl rose to the rank of Colonel before moving into the aerospace sector. He has served as Chairman of aerospace supply chain company AirLiance and as Chairman of the Air Transport Association Engineering, Maintenance and Material Council. He is a former Assistant Professor at the USAF Academy and at Embry Riddle University, a certified flight instructor and a commercial pilot with a LearJet rating.

Diggle, David B.
Vice President, Marketing & Sales

David B. Diggle has spent most of his working life at Air Canada, first as Passenger Sales Agent, then from Manager Technical Contracts to Director Supply & Stores, working his way up to the level of Vice President, Component Maintenance and then Vice President, Marketing, Sales & Services at Air Canada Technical Services ACTS, now AVEOS. Most recently, Mr. Diggle was Consultant in Market Strategy and Business Development to the CAVOK Group based in Dallas, Texas, where he was working directly with the President and Chief Operating Officer, advising on the establishment and execution of business strategies applicable to MRO within the aerospace industry. Mr. Diggle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick. He is fluent in English and in French.

Hops, Stephen
Vice President, Operations

A native of Montreal, Stephen Hops is a Professional Mechanical Engineer who began his career with Pratt & Whitney Canada, where he worked in facilities design as a Test Equipment Designer and Facilities Project Engineer. Throughout his career, Stephen has progressed in management responsibility as Plant Manager at Woodbridge Foam Corporation, Director of Manufacturing at the Royal Canadian Mint and General Manager at Velan Valve Inc. He has held the position of Vice President of the Manitoba Safety Council and has worked as a consultant teaching Cycle Time Management. Before joining ExelTech, he was General Manager Manufacturing at Mega Brands Inc where he was also responsible for Sourcing and Vendor Relations. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from McGill University, Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Queen’s University.

Moretti, Gérard
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Moretti is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience. He was employed by a major accounting firm for four years and then ran his own firm successfully for eight years. Mr. Moretti has been Controller for emerging companies and, between 2004 and 2006, has worked on projects relating to Sarbanes-Oxley rules for major Canadian companies. Mr. Moretti was Director of Finance at ExelTech Aerospace since early June 2006 before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2008.
